R. John Rogers is a senior administrative law and business professional with extensive experience as an arbitrator, administrative law adjudicator and chair of professional disciplinary hearings in addition to that experience gained from owning and operating advanced technology businesses.  Prior to restricting his legal practice to third party administrative law matters, Mr. Rogers carried on an extremely active M&A and corporate finance law practice.  It is this extensive legal experience together with Mr. Rogers’ hands on business experience gained over a 35 year business career that makes so valuable the perspective he brings to the administrative law and business matters in which he is involved.
